Ever like hit something while you were running, brushed it off and continued running, only to look down at your leg 5 minutes later and freak out when you see a dried trail of blood on it?
Never?
Well not just that, sometimes other people spot it first. Sometimes its my arm. Its scary, especially when you don't think much of the injury until you look at it.
I realized I developed a blister on my right foot and have been stepping on it all day. Without even noticing wth.
Pain tolerance is one thing, getting this numb is not.
Just a bloody five minutes ago I kicked a sharp edge of a chair by accident. My chair is weird, its got a base like a sheet of paper that sticks up 3 cm off the ground, and its sharp and hard. I kicked that part with my left foot hard. Gave a little aah, grimaced for five seconds and returned to the damned com.
I cross my legs and I'm staring down and a deep cut at the base of my left toe with a whole lot of blood encrusting around that area.
Its getting scary.
Its happening more often.
Maybe the only reason why I get hit by soccer balls in the face so much is because other people just shun the ball instead of blocking an insanely fast shot. They don't want to get hit anywhere other than their outstretched leg. I don't care. Why? cause it doesn't hurt. Stand in the way of shots long enough and one is going to go to you at face level.
So there, lens knocked out of my glasses for the 3rd time. Once the frame broke, another time the lens shattered.
Did it hurt any of those times?
No.
And thats scary.
I felt fine lying after I got up a few seconds after getting hit by the damned shot from Samuel Su but I half-freaked out when I looked at myself in the mirror while changing back into school u.
I currently have a purple line around the top of my right eye where the rims dug into my skin, its possibly a bruise. Also another purple line following the spectacle leg somewhat down the right side of my head.
I'd always found it unsettling, but now I'm scared that I'm going to get myself killed because of this. Pain is there for a reason.
I mean, call me paranoid, but 3 times in one day.
Actually its more than three, but the other incidents are minor.
Gosh, I was freaking bleeding some other times and I still want to say its minor.
Get a hold of yourself.
Theres a line between strength and stupidity.
I sure as hell hope that I can find it.
Dammit I'll pray about it.
