Something tells me I shouldn't have decided to randomly do 50 push ups and 40 sit ups on Friday.
It is a bad sign that my body hurts all over today.
Especially since it got worse from yesterday.
Something's up. And my nose is going haywire too.

I really need to strengthen my resolve. I remember the time when I had an iron will. Now I'm fulla laziness. Its stretching to everything I do. And it is very disturbing indeed.
Zzt. I have to recover from this recurring nose problem. Its stopping me from doing exercise properly. Its depressing as hell. Something's wrong somewhere.
I feel like my body is breaking down.
This is not fun.
