Haha Justin Bieber was ogling Taylor and she was talking about him like he wasn't there to the reporter, at least as if he was an 8 year old kid.
"You were like sooo brave to keep on performing after you somehow managed to break your leg on stage Justin. Wow guys isn't that awesome?" And everyone in the room gave the Bieber a round of applause. XD

Yes she was praising him, but the reddish colour of his face showed that at least he had the decency to act like any normal teenager would, feel horribly mortified and embarrassed on being praised in that manner.
